It’s been a crazy few weeks over here at liveBooks, and we are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding through this process. In spite of all the exciting news, things are finally starting to settle down and return to life as we remember it. From a support personnel standpoint, not much has changed around here. Patrick, Luis and Laura are back online to help answer your questions and manage your accounts. They are joined by Catherine, Senior Customer Satisfaction Manager. We want to ensure that we introduced you to her, in case you see her name pop up on any of our channels.
