    Thanks Gene…. Enjoyed the interview with David and Kerry a few weeks back.

    That’s a really great idea… I’ve been doing it and it really is a great way to build client loyalty…
    And you never know who you might become friends with. I try to do this with all of my friends…. I make it a point in all the craziness in life to carve out some time investing in friends that I haven’t seen in a while. I know that sounds obvious… but it’s easy to forget. or should I say that it’s easy to do, hard to remember.

    These tips are wonderful and I particularly like the bottle of wine idea from this week. It’s such a good reminder that “we’re here to help” is the best photog mentality. I’m delighted that you’re sharing your ideas!
